Burmese junta leader Than Shwe was given the statute of Ghandi during his visit to India. Does he know what Ghandi did specifically? Why was he given this gift specifically?

Again, why is he given the gift of 7 social sins specifically?

Can you imagine how Than Shwe was feeling while sitting side by side wtih Indian Prime Minister?
