Hello Roland – I came across some of your online material by typing in ‘Activist Clearinghouse’ in Google, as I’m in agreement with most everything I’ve read of yours so far. Especially the suggestion of: “We request that you send in your stories,” and “we also encourage debate.” I’d actually like to suggest that you change the word ‘debate’ to ‘dialogue’, (which I could explain later) if this is still part of your current interests.
Unfortunately I couldn’t find any means of contacting you on the other sites, and eventually found this ‘Reply’ section on this site.
Basically I’m wondering about creating, or helping to create or support, an Activist Clearinghouse that let’s activists know about all the activity that’s going on, to make everyone aware that they aren’t “alone”, and to facilitate ‘connections’ and ‘sharing’.
I don’t personally have much computer expertise, so I was looking to see what is already in existence on the web.
So…are you still interested in this, or have you decided to concentrate on Burma issues?
Thanks & regards – Howard
